I am a huge fan of Chlorella. Just not this one. Now Foods source their chlorella from China.This is not good as research has shown that chlorella from China has the highest amount of heavy metal contamination. Not surprising really. Even though this is organic, the nature of chlorella is that it binds to heavy metals. So in a toxic environment such as China it is going to have these traces in high amounts.

My small dog comes running when I open the chlorella container so I give her 2 a day and now one of her eyes which looked like a cataract was beginning to form looks clearer now after a couple months and I give 2 a day to my other larger dog too which had hot spots with loss of hair and now her coat is nice and thick now.

When I take only 5 tablets per day, the detox effect is such that the white of my eyes looks bright and clear. I did not experience any kind of discomfort from taking this supplement, building up from 1 to 5 tablets per day.

I take Chlorella for liver and general cleansing. I love th smell of this product, it is so fresh! I feel healthier and have more energy. I would recommend it.

this stuff is great! i think it has improved my ability to work harder and longer. i have eaten 3 tablets twice a day for about 3 weeks now and have found that i don’t get winded or achey when i exercise. regarding the claims of decreased body odor- it seems to work there too altho i am not as sure as their effect on my work ability. stay with Certified Organic on this stuff since it is the best way to collect and process a simple food like this.

I am a big fan of Chlorella and having it in 500mg tablets is great. I don’t have to take 7-9 of them to be able to get my daily dosage of it. Ever since I have been taking Chlorella along with Spirulina my energy has been a tremendous amount better. I do not get tired during the middle of the day and I am not taking one of those dreaded 5 hour energy drinks (I really think that 5 years from now they will be saying that it causes heart disease or something). Also, my skin has been better and cleared up. I work a lot in the sun and found out that age and sun cause moles and other skin problems to surface or be more pronounced. After 2 months of this regimen, my new moles have stopped growing and no new ones have appeared. I try to get my greens from vegetables, but I always know that I will have my greens from Spirulina and Chlorella. Finally, it takes away the cravings for junk. I have lost 10 pounds without changing my exercise routine.

Now Foods is a really great brand for anyone searching for supplements. I take chlorella and few others daily for at least a month then I take a 3 week break. I can really see the effects !

I have ordered these on more than one occasion, but the last order was just awful. Iherb refunded me, but after ordering another brand and smelling them (a fresh green smell) and going back to check and make sure that this batch smelled like I thought … Man. Just. Like. Poop. Chunked them. I don’t know what happened, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering Now brand again.

They now charge 50€ additional for self handling of customs! I will never order from Iherb again!!

Usually i have been satisfied with NOW-products. However this product wasn’t good for me: Twice i threw up after using it even though I have used other chlorella products with no problems at all. It’s not typical for me to be sick like that so I think it had to be this product that caused it.

Love the 500mg tablets…..now take 12, rather than 30 of the lower dose purchased at my doctor’s. Happy to report that I am now mercury free!

I have been suffering for eczema all over my body for few years, and especially worst on my face and neck.

i bought this pills for my buddy his suffering from Acne vulgaris , and his MD recommended this pills , his Acne now are less like 20% less severe than they used to be only in 15 days

After using I found that I let out a lot more gas and burp (The smell is usually quite ugh) and my poop was a little greener at the start.
Initially I thought it was something wrong and googled it. It’s the detox effect and it goes away after awhile. I even read that some people get really bad body odour at the start during the detoxing. So I would recommend to take smaller dosage at the beginning and maybe over the weekend where you will be home so you can gauge the detox effects you might encounter.

Doesnt have the weird taste like those in 1000 mg. Love these pills.
