activated coconut charcoal iherb|iherb activated charcoal review

I use this as a teeth whitener… and it’s AMAZING! The effect was noticeable after 1 use! Seriously! I tried oil pulling with extra virgin coconut oil and this was so much better and faster. I just cut the tip and pour the activated charcoal on a toothbrush (I use a separate toothbrush for this since it turns the toothbrush black). I do this while in the shower coz it’s really messy and it goes everywhere. At first I tried pouring the charcoal in my mouth directly.. bad idea. I almost choked when I accidentally inhaled some of it. I also tried adding it to the coconut oil and oil pulling with that, the effect wasn’t as great compared to brushing with activated charcoal. I recommend this for those who want fast results.

i combine a capsule with coconut oil for oil pulling amd it removes coffee stains from teeth effectively
for face masks i mix equal parts bentonite clay ,charcoal & a little bit of water to form a paste and my skin feels really purified afterwards great product

These will absorb even alcohol.

Im not using this in the intended way internally but I use it to make charcoal masks and for whiter teeth. For those uses I can really recommend this product.

Another good brand of charcoal with no fillers, as some do have fillers, do not know why they put them kin but watch out for them, these are good.Thanks iHerb, wonderful service!

Great to have in the medicine chest for those times I have eaten something that has upset my stomach. Thank iherb for having some quality products at cheap prices.

used daily against flatulences this charcoal acts almost instantly and releive my pains of indigestion.

I started taking this to detox. then I read you can use it to whiten your teeth. The charcoal sticks to tannens and slowly removes them. I use a tiny dab of NOW xylitol toothpaste (cause you don’t want to swallow flouride and other crap in conventional toothpaste) and whatever charcoal I can get on my brush. Then, I apply the black paste and go read at night. Then, I swallow it with water, if I don’t get out of bed to rinse. After a month, the color of my teeth overall are lightening, and in spots are white. I use it after drinking coffee, too. I like the results so far. Maybe in six months – white teeth. Better than toxic and expensive products for whitening!

I would prefer this in arresting and minimizing flatulence than any other medicine.

Great product ; took it for a tummy bug I picked up in Thailand and it worked when nothing I else I had in the house did. Took 12 capsules 2 days in a row in the morning ,had a break for a few days then repeated the process . Worked for me.

As the title, a must have for all households and lay-doctors.

I use activared charcoal to make my own gel eyeliner. Just mix it with aloevera gel and vitamin E oil + maybe a dash of essential oil (from the plant family) of your choice to give a nice odour to it since aloevera gel does not smell very good. Have also heard it whitens ur teeth so will be trying that as well:) Will be repurchasing when empty. Price is not to bad. Service is exelent!

I have used a bit and haven’t noticed a difference yet.

I liked the results of brushing my teeth with it, but getting it our of the capsule was difficult without a mess. The dark little particles liked to fly out all over the counter. I just bought it to use for my teeth not take internally. So it may be good just to swallow,
