I’m currently 8 months pregnant and have been taking this tablets throughout my pregnancy. I wanted a prenatal vitamin that was organic, vegan and made from wholefoods because I didn’t want to take synthetic vitamins while I was pregnant. I chose Garden of Life Prenatal Multi because they met all my requirements and included ample quantities of folate, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iron. So far my pregnancy has been excellent and my hemoglobin & iron levels are well within healthy ranges. I’m very happy with these tablets and will keep taking them for the rest of my pregnancy and while I’m nursing.

It has iodine and ginger which are good for breastfeeding mother.

I like this prenatal a lot. I’m still taking it, now that I’m breastfeeding. I gave birth to a healthy boy while taking this. It is hard to take 3 of them a day thought and in early pregnancy, it was impossible for me. I was so sick with morning sickness that I had to eat the alive prenatal gummies. Once I got further into my pregnancy I switched back to this one because the quality is better and the nutrition is better. I have seen that they are making a one a day in this brand for their prenatal. Keep on the lookout. All in all its more expensive, but a good quality prenatal.
