Easy to swallow. Since it is very difficult for me to eat the correct amount of fresh vegetables that are prepared with nutrition in mind, I have found that this product is filling the gap in my ability to consume the recommended amount of vegetables that are not over-processed.

This is my first review – as this is the first product which has actually made a difference to how I feel. Will be re-ordering, but the larger one next time!

I have used two bottles of this product and do feel more energy than with other Multi’s on the market. I also use an extra B complex because I don’t feel it has enough B.

My mother writes: This product is a bit less expensive than Every Woman II. Every Woman is getting so expensive, not to mention that they rebranded the product, cutting the amounts in half! I heard the New Chapter company, who makes Every Woman II, was bought out by a big company. So I’m happy to switch to another product if they are going to play those tricks.

The best vegan multi vitamin produced

It causes nausea everytime I took it.

I’m half way through my 2nd bottle, and I really like this product. I have difficulty swallowing tablets and even capsules, so I empty these into a cup as I do with all my other supplements, add water a packet of Alcer Joint Formula which has Vit.C and a fizzy tangerine flavor and it all tastes fine. I’ve also added only a teaspoon of lemon juice and it tastes fine that way too.

This is a bit expensive for a multi-vitamin but well-worth the price. It’s derived from plant sources and totally vegan.

i think its great too

I haven’t been taking this supplement long so it is a bit soon to comment on effectiveness. However, and this may sound odd, but I actually enjoy the aftertaste of these capsules. Some supplements that I take have either a strange or bitter aftertaste as its going down but these taste and smell a bit like malted milkballs. I like malted milkballs so that works for me.

My aurveydic clinician rates these products highly. That’s why I have been taking them. I think my health is improving slowly by taking them. The problem is I forget to take them regularly!!!!

This is the first ‘daily’ vitamin I have ever taken that did not require a meal so the vitamin wouldn’t haunt me. I do find it is better to eat a bite of something after I take them. I hope they are beneficial, sometimes a person doesn’t really know.

It will take me some time to evaluate how I feel as a result of taking these vitamins. I like the concept – raw foods since I don’t take other vitamin. I try to eat nutritional good foods…but not enough vitamins within … I plan to stay with your vitamins because they are from raw foods. So far no allergic reaction from said vitamins.
