I avoid synthetic vitamins for many reasons one of which being that I don’t seem to get any benefit from them. Having a real food source of raw vitamins has really helped my health and well-being. I also feel good. The capsules are also easy to take and reliably gluten, casein and soy free.

So many vitamins make me nauseous, but these are raw food based so they don’t upset my stomach. Since they are food based, the vitamins are easily recognized by your body. Think of your body as a lock, and these vitamins hare the key to unlocking what you need and delivers it.

I wish I had started taking these a long time ago. It makes complete sense taking a multi as a capsule, allowing your body to digest more readily the nutrients and making them more available for use. These are great!!

Love it for its natural and raw ingredients. Feel sufficiently supplemented with all the vitamins and minerals. Took only 2 capsules instead of the recommended 4 a day.
Very good, economical size

I have used it for over a year and I know I feel better while taking it. Over the years I have used many other brands and I can say I like this one best so far.

I can vouch for this vitamin. After two weeks the result is amazing, no more craving for sugary snacks and feeling withdrawn. And I have one word. EXCELLENT!

My sister said this was good, because it stopped her from biting her teeth in sleep. But my friend tried this for a week and would not go back on it again, as it tires her out completely.

These vitamins are great ! I have lots of energy and there is no extra junk in this supplement.

While I am very happy w/ this product, I hope to order a different product since iherb was out of stock for another product that is better for my needs.

After receiving advice from a person working in a vitamin shop, and then doing much research on my own, it seems that these are among the few vitamins that are made with organic ingredients, and no fillers or chemicals. I’ve been using these for a year and love them! I plan to use the prenatal variety once pregnant as well. I do trust this brand.

great vitamins

This is a great multivitamin for women. It does not include additives and the other “stuff” that people think all women need to take e.g vitex, soy etc. Just the best basics for every woman. You can buy the other stuff if you need it. I love that it is organic as well.

I have tried a lot of other multivitamins but I keep coming back to this. This is my third bottle.

I didn’t take these for a couple of weeks and I could definitely the difference. These vitamins give me energy in a subtle way and I do not get sleepy throughout the day. Can’t live without them.

I have been taking this multi for over a year and it is wonderful. It has no fillers and is made from raw and organic ingredients. It also has probiotics and enzymes included! I always purchased the 120 caps size because that’s all they had. I am very pleased that they now sell the 240 caps size because it is a better value on a great product!

While it is always difficult to be sure increased energy comes from a different vitamin supplement, the fact is that since I started taking these together with the Garden of Life Beyond Omegas, I feel more energy and uplifted mood, more than with my previous vitamins, so I will keep taking these and see.
