I have use rosehip oil for a few years and tried different brands. This is about the same as others, which is good.

However, I saw some people gave one star for below reasons: don’t like the smell, don’t have rose smell..

First, it is cold pressed from seed, so you can’t expect a seed to have rose smell. Secondly, a natural product won’t always has nice smell, furthermore this is carrier oil not essential oil. If don’t like the smell you can add pure essential oil into it.

We can complain because of low quality, does not suit s etc, but please don’t complain because of our own ignorance. If you like synthetic fragrance smell, then natural products are not suitable for you.

I am from Australia and have been using Rosehip Oil religiously for the past 5 years, this oil is on par if not better than Trilogy and Akin. It is the best value oil that I have come across it sinks into the skin and does not interfering with moisturizer used after oil application. I love it and cannot live without this oil. I work in the aviation industry and have dry skin, this oil helps with hydration and pigmentation. By far the best Rosehip Oil Iherb has to offer.

Smooth, goes on my face well, hydrates dry skin effectively, doesn’t ‘hang-on’ like some other oils but actually gets absorbed.

Great to add 3-5 drop into my hands, rub to smear, then work thru length of freshly washed and wet hair. Keep hair ends moist and help hair dry more quickly while adding sheen and conditioning.

Among different natural vegetable oils, rosehip oil is usually on the more expensive side. I can’t believe I can find organic rosehip oil at such a low price!!! This rosehip oil is pure and has a golden amber colour, and is really great for mature or dry skin. I have dry skin and this oil makes my skin soft, supple and poreless. Life Flo Health carries so many kinds of great natural oils, and thank you iherb for the low price! Rosehip oil has a rather short shelf life and it’s great that Life Flo Health adds vitamin E to preserve its freshness! Will surely buy again after I run out of it. Good for moisture and takes a week of using it before you see results. It is deeply moisturising and did fade some reddish spots I had on my face.

I have oily t zone, and this was perfect for me at night. I use this in conjunction with Thayers Rose Witch Hazel and that is all I need! Super easy skin care.

UPDATE: I found that it was actually too oily and after a couple of weeks of use, gave me large pores! I think this is great for spot treatment, but to use all over the face is a bit much unless you have very dry skin.

Instead what I found was that using Nutribiotic grapefruit seed extract directly over my face after moisturising had the best effect on skin turnover and giving me the glow that I wanted.

I literally want to bath in this oil. I tried oils before: argan, coconut, jojoba, almond and apricot. They all has their uses, but none of them give me the results I see with this. This had help fade some of my cystic acne scars, retextured my skin, and give it a healthy glow. I also use this for my KP scars and on my darken bikini line. The result is gradual but obvious. I didn’t believe an oil could make much different before compare to say, actives like AHA or vitamin C. But now I do, and this stuff is phenomenal. Life flo give very competitive pricing for cold pressed organic RHO, but I’m gonna try some co2 extract RHO next time to see if it could best the cold pressed version.

This is lovely oil. Great quality and, as I keep saying, much cheaper than I can purchase organic Rosehip oil for in Australia. Seriously, why do we pay so much more for everything here in Aus?! Thank goodness for IHerb!

I give it a 5 stars because compared to an other brand this rosehip oil is really concentrated and still have all the goodies of rosehips. But rosehip oil is a bit comedogenic so I had just small breackout after using this one, but I will s´till prefer to use this one that have all the benefit instead of taking a mild one. Please also note that my skin is REALLY sensitive so I tend to react bad oftenly.

I am using this as my moisturizer for Summer because it is more of a dry oil. I also use it on the ends of my hair and on my cuticles. It is working great and not clogging any pores. I think t would work on any skin type including oily. I will probably mix this with emu oil in the winter to fatten it up a bit, but still be able to keep the same benefits of this super packed oil!

I use this rosehip seed oil at night after cleansing my skin. There is no oil or moisturizer as great as this. And it gives you that little glow. Rosehip oil is my favorite skin care product.

Local pharmacies are selling organic cold pressed rosehip oil for more than 30usd thus this is really a cheaper choice with the same quality! My face is not oily when applied which really amazes me and it doesn’t smells at all. Good for lightening scars and for toning skin.

I tried other Rosehip Seedoil before and got nothing much but mediocre smell and break outs… Once I remembered I thought I made a big mistake ordering this. But what a wonderful surprise. Use undiluted on skin discoloration or scars – they start fading overnight. Simply amazing. I dilute it for my forehead as it causes slight breakouts when used 100% in my case (only on that part of my face). But experiment – each skin is different. I use many natural oils as I found out that 100% natural oil is best for my skin which is now slightly oil but was before acne prone (Jojoba, Argan, Ricebran, castor oil) – yet Rosehip is definitely the best oil for skin brightening, discoloration and scars. Anybody with breakouts should try the oil cleansing method (google it) – it changed my skin in combination with a green smoothie/fresh vegetable juice a day. Wish I would have known this earlier.

I seem to have a problem with oils, this as well as coconut oil irritated my face and made it actually drier. I put moisturizer on top, but it was no good. Behaved much like a dry oil, but still couldn’t wear this in the morning under make-up.

I get all of my oils from Life Flo because they do a great job quality wise

I am not sure how rose hip oil is supposed to smell, this is the first time I’ve bought one. This one smells unpleasant and even somewhat rancid (my own sense of smell is almost non-existent so it probably smells worse to other people than it does to me). Every time I’ve used it, my 5-year old complained that he didn’t like how mama’s face smells and asked me not to hug him. It does moisturize quite well and doesn’t make me break out (which is rare for me with any moisturizer, let alone an oil) but due to the smell I won’t re-order this, although I might try a different brand’s rose hip oil, since it does make my dry skin feel better.

This is a really nice rosehip oil. I use it nightly on my breakout prone oily skin, especially on my eyelids and just lightly, using wet hands, on my face. I find that my complexion looks great in the mornings since using this brand of rosehip oil, the high quality antioxidants take years off from around my eyes, and it seems to actually calm breakouts on my face, rather than aggravating them as I thought it might.

Rosehip oil is a great anti aging oil and is good for scars, stretch marks and sun damage.I love this oil, it’s organic and quite reasonably priced. I also use it as an eye make up remover. Will keep buying it.

I have loved using this oil, it is really easy to use and is good for my combination/sensitive skin. This is my first experience with Rosehip seed oil so can’t compare it to any other brands but I have found it non-greasy and well absorbing and awesome as a replacement for night time moisturizer.

Mixed 1/3 of this as bonus oil & 2/3 of argan oil as base oil, & mix them well as facial oil. Gd for moisturing in winter time. An effective & budget-friendly buy. Does not break me out.

I bought 3 bottles of rosehip oil at one. The first bottle I opened was really great. Reddish-orange colour meant that it was still fresh. I kept the other 2 bottles in a cupboard to keep from sunlight and heat. When I open another bottle 3 months later, the colour of the oil was a light yellow meaning that it had oxidised. What’s odd was that the first bittle I had used was still a deep orange colour compared to the light yellow of the other 2 bottles. I did note that it was to be used before Dec 2017 but it would have been rancid much earlier than the date stated on the box. I would advise to buy only when you need it but never more than 1.

Unless I got a bad batch of product, this doesn’t have a nice smell. I like to smell products, fresh, clean smells. This smells like car oil, heavy. Won’t buy again.

This is a great product, but lately never in stock. Iherb write an estimate stock date and then this just goes down. I try to order this from about 2-3 months, but never available. Very disappointing!
Please, Iherb, do something and stock a great amount of this wonderful stuff.

I use this rosehip oil over my face before bed. I use more than the recommended drop amount, I put it over my face like a moisturizer. I wake up and it’s all soaked up into my skin, my face is not oily (as you may expect it would be). It makes my skin feel so so smooth! A great oil

I am acne prone skin type, and yet this oil was gentle. It delivers all the things it says. most of all rejuvinates and gives skin shine and glow. By the way I have combo skin and very dry in winter.

I use it as a moisturizer, I add it to hair masks/oil blends, it’s great for cuticles, brows and lashes, rough skin patches and as a booster in hair detanglers. Perfect for chapped lips. Soothing, anti inflammatory and if you mind that it smells kind of fishy, add a drop of your favourite essential oil in order to suit your individual skin needs. I am one of the few people who cannot use argan oil on my face coz it breaks me out so bad. Whenever I hear people talking about the liquid gold, I get a little jealous and annoyed. So I went to do some research and found out that oils with high linoleic acid and low oleic acid should work better for breakout-prone skin. And one of the recommended oils is rosehip oil. I have been using this for a few months now, and I haven’t had any breakouts at all and my skin feels so soft and supple. My blemish/acne scars fades faster with this oil. I am so happy. I love it. Just remember to use it sparingly. A little goes a long way.

I bought this Rosehip Seed oil few months ago for experiment. Ive used so many oils for my oily skin that breaks out often, but ive never beem fully satisfied with any of them. I had no expectations for this one to work for me but since I started using this oil, slowly but surely my complexion became very supple, moisturized, glowy and most of all acne free! I dont know what it is, but this truly does work wonders for my skin. I try to only use chemical free products for my skin. I remove my makeup with coconut oil, And exfoliate with baking soda and then use this Rosehip seed oil. Thats all ive used for these few months and my skin has never felt that good. However, I ran out of my rosehip seed oil, maybe bit less than 2weeks ago and i really can see the difference when not using it, My skin is not as even as it was, i started getting blackheads and im breaking out again :(:(:( So this time Ill order 2bottles at a time. I will be repurchasing

So I reordered this amazing oil. For my surprise the smell of this oil was much worse than the previous oil. It smells like vegetable oil in a bad way, and its bit hard to stand the smell. OTHER THAN THAT, this is still awesome product. I like how it feels on the skin. My previous same rosehip seed oil didnt smell bad, it smelled a little but it was really nothing compared to this

This product is superb if you are after 50! I use it as a serum after evening cleansing and before night cream. I Result – skin is extremely nourished, supple and soft. I found it as a huge surprise, but now I am using it daily. And I am 54, not 25. I believe, it working as a sebum which we are loosing as we age.

I bought 2, one for me and one for my best friend.

We both find it help fade acne scars very well, although it has been only 3 days applying this. (I tend to pop my zits a lot… i know… bad habit :(( )

I used the Rosehip Oil by Triology once, which is about 30aud. Life Flo Health is just as effective as the triology one, but much cheaper. I reckon unless you are pregnant, life flo health is good enough.

Personally I find my skin also seemingly smoother.

Just a little goes a long way! I’d alternate this oil with the witch hazel toner twice a day after cleansing, and I am happy to say it’s left my skin feeling supple. I mix some to my hair tonic too. With daily usage, it’s helped reduce my hair loss. I’ve only tried a bottle and it’s lasted me 3 months now. Great value!

This is a very good product. I have oily skin and very prone to acne. Almost all products breaks me out may it be skincare or makeup. But this oil has not broken me till date. My acne scars has faded a lot. Will definitely repurchase this product. And iherb is a very good online shopping website. works wonders and has done exceptional things to my skin! i have teenage combination + dehydrated acne prone skin, and was originally hesitant to use rosehip oil as i feared it would break me out, but to my amazement it hasn’t so far! it helps heal my existing breakouts even faster and it gives my skin this glow which i love. i put 2-3 drops of this rosehip oil onto my palm and then rub both palms together to warm the oil up before applying it by patting it onto my face. doesn’t make my face greasy at all when i do it this way, and i love using this after i apply my night cream. plus it has anti-aging benefits too which is a major plus, because even as a teen, prevention is key

the smell did put me off at the beginning as it smelt a little funky and SLIGHTLY fishy, but it honestly doesn’t smell that bad to the extent where it’s legit rancid. after applying it to my face the smell pretty much dissipates within seconds. i love this oil and i would continue to use it!

My skin is generally sensitive and does not take too well to oils. I tried this on a friend’s recommendation and it has not broken me out. I moisturise my skin lightly at night before I sleep, and I wake up with a slight glow to my face. In the long term, it hasn’t done much for my acne scars and marks. But it works as a moisturiser.

Good size, good price, good packaging, but it feels not enoigh moisturizer. I don’t know if it’s caused buy the extraction process they use but I’ve have othr rosehips oils for years that did the trick better. Won’t buuy it again but it could be just me.
