This product is wonderful. I have tried the regular Melatonin and it helps me get to sleep fast, but this Melatonin with the time release helps me stay asleep throughout the night much better.

This is good for having a whole night, relaxing and deep sleep. I recommend, prize is good too. Bought these for my mom and trying to get her to change tenox for this eventually. I have tested this and it works, even if my sleeprythm is what it is.. meaning a mess I have always been a lowsy sleeper, and sometimes it’s really starting to show . Melatonin works for me. 5/5, maybe not compared to drugs, but drugs are bad mm’kay. This keeps me focused even in the morning and happ(ier)y, and gives the sleep I need.

This product is superior to others because it releases an amount of melatonin right away to help you fall asleep, and then gradually releases the rest of the dosis to help you stay asleep for about 8 hours. It took about a week for it to start working. I have fibromyalgia & my sleep has been getting progressively worse. Now I can get to sleep most nights & I am waking up only once a night instead 2 or more times.

I often have problems falling asleep even when i’m very tired. This stuff is amazing! I have tried it about five or six times now. I take it about 30 minutes before going to bed, and it doesn’t take long before I’m sleeping, and sleeping through the whole night. 100 tablets will last long, but will definitely buy again! five stars!

I’ve struggled with insomnia most of my life, and it’s terrible now that I am in my final year of my PhD. I’ve had absolutely no luck with “natural” sleep remedies, but I was at my wit’s end so tried this. Well, it must be that I am deficient in melatonin because these have worked brilliantly. Not a night of insomnia since I started them. My stress levels mean that I still wake up more frequently in the night than I would like, but now I can always fall asleep afterward. I would highly recommend giving these a go if you struggle with insomnia, especially if you are prone to working too late like me (and thus disrupt your normal melatonin release!).

Due to my CNS health conditions I have insomnia, sleep disorder. My neurologist prescribed me Alprazolam 2 mg before bedtime. Sometime alprazolam didn’t help at all. I’ve tried also Melatonin products from various providers and quality (capsules and also liquid). Natrol TR 5mg performs better than alprazolam 2 mg.

Good. Had quite a few good nights sleep for a few months on Melatonin, then started Ornithine worked even better. Yeah a good nights sleep for a change.

helps in time

Since my sleep routine is not fixed I had problems with not being able to sleep until cca.3-4-5 am even after hard physical work, so I decided to buy this. Great price/amount ratio, for me 5mg is too much because my head hurts in the morning after drinking this. If I swallow about 3/4 of the pill then I sleep better and wake up feeling rested (so 4 stars instead of 5).

It definitely does wat it says, it gets you to sleep fast & keeps u asleep, although I prefer 5htp to melatonin because it doesn’t make you as drowsy the next day.

I find that the time release melatonin isn’t as effective as the non time release melatonin. I usually end up chewing the tablets instead of swallowing them since it seems more effective. These tablets, when chewed, seem to help me fall asleep and stay asleep very effectively. I would recommend the non TR version, however, the TR version may work well with some individuals.

I’m not so sure about this, but it might help. After a while i see that’s the best Melatonin for me, helps best.

This did seem to work for me, although I did feel slightly groggy the next day. For me, exercise, turning off the TV/laptop well ahead of bedtime and eating well help me to sleep better.

This product is great and has me feeling sleepy within 40 minutes of taking it. It keeps me asleep all night too! I feel refreshed upon waking up and not groggy at all. The only downside to this for me is that it gives me strange/unpleasant dreams, so I only take this when I’m desperate to fall asleep and absolutely cannot on my own! I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Before this buy of Natrol Melatonin TR (Time Release) 5 mg, we used with 5 persons the normal 3 mg Natrol melatonin tablets (240 tablets)

We all came to the conclusion to come into sleep quick, the normal 3 mg tablets works much better then the 5 mg Time Release.

We bought the 5 mg Time Release because the old 3 mg normal melatonin 240 tablets were not avaible, only 120 tablet pakkages that were too expensive against the old 240 tablets pakkages.

Next time we hope the old pakkages of 240 tablets 3 or 5 mg Natrol Melatonin NORMAL are avaible again, otherwise we must search for another store to buy those ones.

I must tell the time between buy and getting it in europe with international mail (very cheap) was very quick, within 10 days !!!
