I think this is an excellent product, but it is extremely powerful and I wish it came with more comprehensive information about safe and proper usage. Most of what I found online emphasizes benefits but did not discuss side effects/risks or ways to reduce or avoid irritation. I recommend this product, but with the following caveat: Get ahold of a copy of the (I think) out of print book “The Cure Is in the Cupboard” which discusses dosing and applications. It still downplays potential side effects (written by seller) but is extremely helpful. I recommend getting both the lower potency (not super strength) AND this super strength one and experimenting with different applications. You may find that you prefer/tolerate the lower strength better for some applications and reserve the higher potency for stronger needs or for internal usage in caps (goes further). One note, you can put a few drops in an empty gelatin capsule and take during/after meals rather than putting under tongue or drinking as the manufacturer directs, to reduce potential for irritation. I prefer this after trying various means.

I do highly recommend for tooth and gum issues, but it can cause teeth sensitivity in super strength. 1-2 drops on gauze and left on tooth, changed a few times a day. After any acute situation is under control, you might want to switch to lower strength. Fewer side effects such as nerve irritation, shooting pains (neuralgia type), tooth sensitivity, etc.

Unexpected benefits and side effects included more energy, mental clarity, and drastically decreased appetite, more stable blood sugar.
In sum, extremely powerful and effective antimicrobial that works really well. Awesome product, but very powerful.

Absolutely marvellous NATURAL medicinal remedy from the oregano herb, I always have a bottle with me wherever I go. For brown spots on skin, I put 1 drop Oreganol and 1 drop olive oil on a band-aid and covered the spot. After many days, the brown spot lightened until it is almost skin colored again

My husband used it on the parasite/fungal rashes on his legs and it cleared it up whereas the tea tree oil was not having any effect. Just wish the price was a little more affordable. I was feeling helpless as I was trying so many creams and lotions for the breakouts I had on my face. I also had some pre cancerous lesions on my forehead which were getting worse. I ordered this product after reading all the good reviews. I applied several drops on my face and it stung quite a bit. I also took several drops under my tongue. My body went into detox by getting a bad cold which lasted 5 days. I continued to proceed even though I did not feel good. After a week, I felt much better and my face gradually got clearer to the point everyone noticed a big difference. It’s been 5 weeks and I plan on continuing my treatment. this product helps with everything! its an anti fungal, viral, and bacterial. i never get sick when im taking Oreganol.

I have to learn to be more careful of what I buy. I am highly allergic to this and almost had to go to the hospital because my entire body started itching and swelling up and I even had trouble breathing and felt like I was going to die. I loaded myself with antihistamines and used my inhalers quite often and now I am back to normal and it took about six to seven days to get back pretty much to normal. I had to throw it out because it is so strong it smelled up the fridgerator and kept messing up my breathing just by smealling it. It really is potent but almost killed me.

I have been taking the Veggie Caps in conjunction with the Super Strength Oreganol. I have experienced amazing results. I had an anal fistula that had to be operated on in November. Six weeks after the operation, there was still mucus, puss, and blood seeping from the fistula. I thought for sure I would require a second operation. Can be used in a variety of situations as a first class antiseptic. However it does not protect you from seasonal flu, it is not enough to be used as a sole measure against flu, I am saying from personal experience, I used it for a month and got a bad flu at the end. It may help though to overcome the flu faster. I give it occasionally to the kids also, but they don’t like its taste.

I got this to use to rid my body of candida. I think it is working. I kept getting fever blisters and had what I thought was probably thrush and it has cleared that up. I am going to keep using for the candida as I feel that it is helping. Very potent!

I had a dreadful chest infection recently and was advised in a local health food shop to try some Oreganol P73. After trying a small travel size bottle, I was impressed enough to go on to purchase a bigger, triple strength bottle. This is really expensive in the UK, so I was delighted to find that iHerb shipped to the UK at a reasonable cost. Even after paying VAT and a Royal Mail fee for them collecting the customs duty, it’s still way cheaper to buy from iHerb.

I use this to rub onto the bottom of my feet at night before bed. It the helps my numbness in toes and my feet and helps me fall asleep at night. I find this is the strongest oregano available, and by just rubbing it onto my feet it helps with my breathing.

It’s second time I’m taking Oregano Oil (after 2 months break) to treat overgrowth candida, its works great! This is a potent baddie killer. Take it if you have some sort of infection because it’s one of the best natural antibacterials, a natural antibiotics. It’s also an effective agent against Candida and makes for a good ration in an anti Candida regimen. Just one warning that it has a pretty strong taste and a pretty strong smell so be wary if that bothers you.

I have been an Oil of oregano fan since the late 90s. I never realized there was a super strength version. I’m taking it to combat systemic yeast. I can tell by the taste that it’s indeed stronger. I cannot yet speak of it’s effectiveness for yeast yet, but I do hope it helps.

From my fact-finding, this oil of oregano is the best quality. Slight burning when placed under the tongue, but goes away quickly with a drink of milk.
Will definitely buy again!

I had read some reviews on here about people with dental issues using this product. I was skeptical, but I ordered anyway and put a few drops on one of my teeth that has become somewhat sensitive to cold and hot (i.e. some kind of exposed or infected nerve…most likely heading toward a root canal). Sure enough, a few days later, the sensitivity was greatly reduced and to this day it’s still barely noticeable. Great product for oil pulling too – I add a few drops to coconut oil and it leaves my mouth feeling very fresh.

Although I use Oreganol Oil, super strength as a preventive maintance, it also provides relief from inflamation, such as a toothache or any type of pain. It is a great product.

I think it’s a very good product, but quite expensive. I wouldn’t lower the stars just because of the price – if you could afford it, go for it, but I switched to another brand as it’s still good but more affordable to me. Otherwise, this one comes from a great company and I like all their products, but they really come too expensive to me.

It work wonders for my cold sores. Though it takes a few day b4 the swell is gone. But immediate relief can be felt
