The length of time for the expiration date or “best used before” date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.

I usually mix this with some maltodextrose and some whey and the result is just amazing. I can keep going at the same intensity even in 1.5-2 hours long workout. It tastes good and also mixes well. Highly recommended!

The location is beautiful in dealing

I’ve tried different bcaa products and this is the best so far. Apple flavor is a lil bit sweet than expected but when I crave sweet things, I prefer apple flavor.

I like this as a straight up bcaa supplement to be taken in the morning without jitters before a workout if you’re sensitive. It can be taken post workout too without worries if you’re a night owl.
Xtend is always spot on with flavors. Green apple is pretty good!
